I found on my first visit to PTC at Ipswich riverlink that the staff were very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. So much so that I had no hesitation in returning to make a second purchase. And again I experienced the same high standard.I would highly recommend this place.

My phone was splashed poolside and gave an alarm whenever I tried to charge it. Waited 24hrs to see if it would dry out..it didn't. Went to my provider Telstra who said they could send it away and it would take at least 2 weeks or purchase a new phone. So PTC Riverlink were just beside Telstra shop..they took a look and said they could put in a new port for $80 and to come back in an hour and a half. I did and its been working perfectly ever since so, happy to give them 5 stars.

Went in to get my screen fixed they were extremely quick and also cleaned up the phones charging port and fixed a couple scuff marks very happy with their service

Provided price online before I booked. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Walked me through the repair and had it all done in under 30 minutes. Will be using for all repairs in future.

You sold a case to my elderly parents saying that it was the right case and it is clearly wrong. Nothing lines ups, can't access on and off buttons. Service like this taking advantage of 80yrs old people and their money is disgraceful. Shame on you.
