Woolworths Mount Waverley

Chasing muscatel clusters and staff went above and beyond to help me locate the product

This store has been around for l believe over 50 years, always plenty of parking and offers rest rooms for those caught stuck, it's not the biggest so you may have some limits when comes to various packet sizes, but what they miss out in size they make up by having a small working team so their staff all learn all the skills needed in running a major grocery company and are all very knowledgeable and freundly, l will be going back

Small place but good items

A small (not big), family feels and friendly environment supermarket, may not have shining equipment or fancy cashier machines. But they do have many staffs who are very helpful and always have smiles on their face. Like the staff, I met today Craig. I came to the shop this afternoon in a sad and upset mood because I just have a very poor experience at WWS Glen Shopping Centre. But mount Waverley does an opposite way of service, helping me to find product and fix the problem. Really appreciate.Mount Waverly does lots of effort on their job. I think that's why I always received the email asking to do a customs survey after every shopping. But I never received any survey from WWS the Glen Shopping Centre, maybe they know they will have a very low score.DURING and after COVID, as customer we understand the stress and pressure from the staffs and owner, but be friendly to each other and more responsible to the client you have so far, your business will go far and continue.

Woolworths Mt Waverley is serviceable for basic groceries. It lacks a good bakery service.

Not a huge range of items. Being a gluten and lactose free household, we could not do a decent grocery shop here.

Small range of products compared to other Woolworths - I couldn't find a few of my usual items here.

A smallish, older Woolworths with plenty of car parking. Store doesn't have the full range of products you can have in a near more modern store, but is clean, functional and staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile at the register. It also has a BWS liquor store entered from inside the Supermarket. There are clothing Recycle bins in the Eastern carpark and Australia Post Parcel boxes where you can click and collect near the entrance.

great store, kind staff but on the smaller spectrum of woolworths
