Winning Services Warehouse (Not Retail/Showroom)

Ordering from the website was super easy and delivery was so smooth, I booked the delivery day, on the day they gave me a two hour window and gave me a call before they arrived. Staff (Brendan and one other) was friendly and polite, they connected and tested my washing machine as well. Brilliant service!

Don't support these types of organisations.A bunch of woke fruitlooooops running the show.The majority of the reviews are from the woke whitecollar administration staff members or other woke corporate associates.Appliances online selling poorly refurbished second hand white goods that should of been recycled for parts only that they got for free from customer under the premise that it will be responsibly recycled not sold on for profit.They are also now conducting third party logistics operations but its just a house of cards so consider yourself on notice.Take it from someone who's been a customer and on the inside as i can assure you that the fancy well polished corporate image and family like culture is all straight fakery.Let's just be honest theirs no way on gods green earth their advertised values and business model can ever possible match a cut throat modern corporate business structure.Dont expect the customer service team or human resources department to be their to support you unless you are a member of the sydney royal yacht club something similar.LEDENDARY CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT OUR FAMILIES TRUST""

If I could give less I would, was just at the warehouse picking up for a customer we both serve, and the warehouse manager named Vince was rude and showed no interest in doing what he was hired for. I will be letting both respective customers what has happened and hopefully it'll result in better service for all involved.

Avoid this outfit, they are dodgy. Spent $3000 on a TV and washing machine. TV turned up without the stand. Called and emailed these guys and they said they’d send a replacement, delivery promises come and go, nothing sent. Now when I call they tell me the “parts guy is on a break” and ignore me. They’re really rude, they told me it was Samsung’s fault for not packing the TV properly. I’m having to go through consumer rights to try to get my TV working or my money back.

We are STILL waiting for our washer and dryer to be installed after several failed attempts over the course of four days.This service has sent over unskilled workers to our apartment with either the wrong or missing tools and materials, requiring us to rebook several times. Ahead of these appointments, they have repeatedly delayed our installation time windows. They have never showed up when they said they were going to, and they have been unable to provide the service that we paid for. When trying to follow up, we’ve been put on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time.We wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone based on our experience.

We went to the warehouse not realising they didn't have a showroom. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.
