Australia Post - Sunnybank South LPO

I have my packages delivered by Ash our local contractor who delivers to my whole family of 6. Ash always has a smile on his face, positive attitude and keen to help. Rain, hail or shine Ash is always working hard, my neighbours often talk about what a awesome worker he is and a vital community member of Sunnybank Hills district.

I came for ASIC certification. They tell me no one can do that here. Well, 4 people is working on the counter. Are they all new? I can’t believe that manger is not on duty for this busy office.

Coming to buy pre-paid Express envelope for passport, one of the staffs serve me( black straight hair) in unpleasant manner, I’m not sure which size I should buy and she showed her unhappy face. the other staff helped me and give me some advise which really appreciated. I lined up again to get exchange, unfortunately was her again, No please or thank you. Very disappointed! If you don’t like your job, just go and find something you like.

I went to pay 2 bills this morning at the post office, the lady behind the counter was rude and huffed at me when I said I was paying bills, she needs more customer service before speaking to any customers, I would avoid this post office definitely. Her name was Celine totally needs to not work front desk.

Highly recommend this nice local post office, which is very efficient, and provides good customer service.

The waiter acted like I owed him money, which made me feel traumatized.

People say terrible" service and staff but I like the non hassle that I get from the staff that works here. Get in get out. No BS. So if anyone like the smooth walk in and walk out experience with parcel collection

Not sure why the low ratings, the staffs here have always been helpful and of a high efficiency. I've seen people yelling at the staffs because they didn't bring their ID to pick up parcels, or complaining about inconveniency because they turned up at the wrong post office for missed consignments XD

Wandered in at 07:30, only to be told they don't officially open until 09:00 (photo of current opening hours attached).Went back at a later time (when they were open) to collect a parcel. Unfortunately I walked in to see and hear a customer loudly and rudely denigrate the staff as the customer had a. failed to pay a PO Box renewal, b. failed to bring their PO Box key in, c. failed to bring ID to confirm they were the owner of the PO Box, d. rudely demanded they be given the mail in their alleged PO Box.If this is the typical type of customer who visits the store, then it's not unwarranted that staff may have an unfortunate attitude (referring to other Google reviews) after dealing with such type of customers - the flow-on would most likely result in an unfortunate butterfly effect.Kindness forms the basis for everything folks.P.S. I collected my parcel, intact, no issues, and was served by staff with a friendly disposition despite what was going on.

Good place! love it! it is a nice tidy shop that offers all the essentials. Easy and friendly staff are always there to help. I hate lines and busy crowded people in shopping centres so I always go there. Ample parking and ease of access. I've been sending my parcels there for over 20+ years with over 1000+ parcels handed by them. ** tip send before 4pm to get it picked up by the couriers and processing to the postal network it speeds up things quite a lot 24 to 48 hours delivery time.
