Not kind or helpful.Sent my nitro in to get looked at , was told the motor was broken and was given back to me with parts missing. They acted clueless when confronted (no help at all). They tried selling me new RC gear insteadEnded up on doing the maintenance myself and cleaned the internals and got it working myself (not at all broken) and still needed to replace the missing partsWouldn’t even reply to emails or assist

Great service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had trouble remembering what exact model I was after for my fathers birthday. The lady at the counter was very helpful and helped me narrow it down to the one I was looking for.Bought a K200, quality and attention to detail is amazing. I was happy about the price too.HIGLY RECOMMEND.

My son and I were looking for a present for one of his friends up coming birthdays. He went into this shop while I waited outside as I was holding our dog on a leash. My son walked out a few moments later and told me that the lady behind the counter told him to get out. I was going to go in a confront her about it but my son was a too upset about it and asked me to not go in and he just wanted to leave. Will never go here again, my son is such a polite and nice kid and didn't deserve to be treated that way. zero stars if I could.

What a poor excuse for a hobby shop. Went in today to by a Rc car for my 10 year old son, with a budget of $800-$1000 in mind. The young lady behind the counter clearly didn't want to work today as couldn't be stuffed serving us when a idiot could clearly see we were interested in a Rc car up on the self. So with no customer service after 5-10 min an no other in store customers. We left the store and went to kellets hobbies who couldn't help us more if they tried. All in all very thankful the Penrith store were so rude as we now have a far better car with greater spare parts support than the garbage this guy at Penrith sells. I GUESS Exclusive collectibles have far better thing to do rather than customer service an sales.........

Update your business. Called if they had some in store products and they answered. Asked if they were open and said YES. Went to the shop but couldn’t find the place. Called them 5 times and no answer. Please reply for some help.

Young lady behind counter was rude to my son who was looking at the cars will never go back there if she is on counter my son was upset the way she spoke to him if I would have known she spoke to him like that I would have just left the product purchased and walked out

Technician stole parts and was unable to repair a faulty ESC in a 5 year old RC.While the front desk customer service was pleasant and friendly, this review is for the lack of integrity and ability by the in-store technician.I paid $30 on January 21st 2021 for a technician to steal my front drive axles rendering my 4WD to 2WD which the shop denied happened. The technician also was unable to replace the faulty ESC but instead the store went into sales mode to try and sell me a newer RC car as the technician said my vehicle was unable to be repaired.I knew this was BS from the theif technician so I found a former technician from the same store, Noel RC Nitro/electric cars, on Facebook and have since been dealing exclusively with him who managed to replace the ESC and I have since been upgrading it also with him.To summarise, if you want to purchase a new RC in Penrith, you have no choice but to go here (only RC store locally) and the staff are very friendly and will gladly sell you something, but if you want repairs or upgrades - DO NOT GO HERE until they find a better technician.

Bought all my rc cars except 1 here and I'm happy with all of them. Great knowledge in all their stock. Frank and all his staff are friendly and helpful, good for a chat as well.

Frank shop is like a 2nd home for me great range and any issues I've had with my rc cars are always sorted asap with great service. When going there and leaving I always have a smile on my face
