Our family is so excited that CDL is now in Rouse Hill. My husband has been attending CDL Seven Hills which has been absolutely worth it but now CDL is even closer to home. The Rouse Hill gym is conveniently located and the facilities are clean. Professors Kalil and Alex are legendary, champion coaches and the community is so warm and welcoming.

Great coaches with a wealth of competition experience. The curriculum is realistic for self-defence and competition. The members are friendly which makes it a great place to learn self-defence or compete.
