We were lucky enough to Discover an Icon Show Home, The Parkside, in our local area.After one walk through we knew we had found our new home, with the help of their salesperson we found a block due soon for registration. Dealing with the staff, Rina and the other ladies at head office in regards to the Contract Process, Colour Selection etc was to say the least a pleasant experience we felt supported through the whole process.Once construction commenced under the Supervision of Ash, we were made aware of every stage, any question we had were answered, Ash was available at any time.Our build was completed in 15 weeks, when it came to final walk through with that roll of blue tape, Ash found a few things, minor that he was not happy with, us nothing.We feel we received quality in Product, Service including after service.We if we ever build again will definitely go with Icon, hoping to have the Super Supervisor Ash, looking after the build.We moved in in October 2019 and many a person has asked who built our home.Gregory and Birgit Baird.

We did a knock down re-build with Icon. They were great throughout the process.Fully transparent on pricing and always kept us update on each step of the build. We would highly recommend Icon to anyone looking to build. The finished product is great ! Very Happy.

We have just moved into our new home built by ICON. It is a huge decision for anyone to choose and trust the Company they wish to build their dream home, probably making one of the largest investments in their lifetime. Our concerns are over, we made the right decision.ICON have produced a superb, high quality home using top inclusions and skilled trades. The ability to be flexible with design to meet our personal requirements resulted in our unique custom built home. The many inclusions that ICON offers, from the fitted-out robes, security, video intercom and even the driveway, made our move-in most exciting. Our site supervisor Adam was most professional and guided us seamlessly through the smooth build. This, together with continuous communication with the office, has reinforced our opinion that this is a truly professional building company. Well done ICON!

We absolutely LOVE our new home and because of Icon Homes, our dream has come true. From start to finish, Icon Homes assisted with all our wishes and accommodated all our requests in a timely and professional manner without losing that personal touch and making us feel like just another number. Adam was our site manager, and without fail, would attend to our site with that big bright smile. The original design was by Icon Homes, but in reality, it is now our very own, custom built house. It has been well designed, professionally built and skillfully fitted out. I must thank Adam, Pete and Kim at Icon Homes and the whole team behind them, as this has been an experience I would recommend to anyone who may be thinking of building their very own dream home.

We purchased a pre-built Icon Home and are very happy with the quality of the build and the after sale service. We had an independent inspection done prior to purchase and there were only negligible issues detected which is a testament to their ability to do things well. Our site supervisor Ash was also friendly, super responsive and attentive with post-completion maintenance and has come out to look at a few issues and has provided thorough resolutions with no fuss and a friendly demeanor and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Ash and thank you Icon Homes for been awesome. You are highly recommended by my wife and I.

I would highly recommend Icon Homes to anyone looking to build.We got a free site inspection were we met Steve who explained all the council regulations and really listened to us about what we were looking for in our home design.We wanted something individual that would suit our block and views, so having something custom designed for our budget was important to us.We have just moved into our new home and it is amazing.A big thank you to all the friendly staff who patiently answered all of our questions and just made the whole process seamless.

The major issue we had with them was transparency. Our build date(communicated from day 1) was start of 2024 to end around Dec 2024 (when we will be returning to Australia). Long story short, we felt pressure to sign a tender document that knew was valid for 270 days (knew that upfront) and were advised that price adjustments will be made (up or down) based on market rates (also knew that). However, at the first meeting with a “pre construction manager” we’re advised that 1.5% would be automatically added to the tender price every 90 days. This was never communicated to us verbally or in writing. By this point we had already paid the tender fee (4k) but felt we couldn’t trust this company and have ended our build with them. I have been in contact with the director of the company (who I had to track down on LinkedIn despite repeated requests to be given his details) and they are refusing to refund the 4k. It looks likely that we I’ll not regain this money but I will be still reporting to fair trading.

We have built several times before so this time we wanted a custom home that was well designed which suited our growing family (4 teenagers).We initially consulted a local architect, but it was going to cost over $50,000 just to get our plans drawn up which we just couldn’t see the value in doing.Friends told us about Icon Homes and we were so impressed by their display homes and customer service that we paid a deposit (from memory around $2500) and got the survey, soil test and a set of fully customised design plans drawn up. We love the fact that we could have some real input into our design and not just having to “make do” with a standard project home as we were particular about what we wanted.In the pre-construction stages of our new home every one of the team we dealt with were very professional and made sure we were updated every step of the way.The ladies from the colour design studio made the entire process so easy and helped us create our dream home taking into account the finishes to suit our style.Our site manager was exceptional and was patient and understanding.As the quality and finish was a big deal for us I was super impressed that Icon ensure their site supervisors aren’t managing to many jobs at one time and are very experienced (as I had read many reviews where this was a huge problem with some of the bigger project builders).Now that we’ve moved in the attention to detail and the high-quality finish really shows.Everytime we drove past during construction it was great to see our site supervisor on site making sure the construction was going smoothly. He was always available to explain timelines and where things were up to.I would highly recommend Icon Homes to anyone considering a knockdown rebuild.

Icon Homes made it enjoyable to be designing our house, everything worked so smoothly, and I am very pleased with our beautiful new home!
