Robert had all the correct parts to fix our lamp. Even had the correct chimney. Also sells a metal polish that I have found quite useful. I usually come by this place whenever I am passing through Braidwood.

Robert is not only Friendly, welcoming and knowlegeable, he has a wonderful range of oil lamps, glass chimneys, you name it he has it. A wonderful experience to visit this shop.

If you have a love for the old world oil lamps then this is the place to go. With Australia's largest collection of original period oil lamps and accessories this is a shop that you can't leave without buying something. Robert, the owner, is a delightful and knowledgeable individual happy to share his experience with you. If you are a Dutch speaker then even better and you can chat to Robert in his native language.

Even if you're not looking for a lamp, more than worth stopping and having a chat with local legend Robert who owns the shop. Ask about the trench art, the diving suit, the xylophone and Dame Joan Sutherland. You will not be disappointed!! Loved it.

This is such a delightful, interesting and fascinating business to visit.The owner has a wealth of knowledge, the range is extensive and there are spare parts aplenty for oil lamps.Braidwood is a great place to drop into en route to or from the South coast from either Canberra or Goulburn. Worth the visit.
