I ordered a simple roller blind. A 'designer' measured the blind space and advised on the material. Paid my deposit and waited. No calls on updates. Delays. No information. I called and emailed. Took a long time to respond. Then the wrong size was delivered. They ordered a new one, which I was told would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. It didn't arrive. Promised I'd be updated. I wasn't. Many emails and calls later, a new blind was going to be ready. But that too had issues. Incredibly poor customer service. Don't use this business. The customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Lots of promises, but the actual reality is very different. Based on previous reviews, they seem like they were good before. They are not now. I highly recommend you go to another business. Don't trust Tailored HQ.

I needed furniture for my new house but felt overwhelmed. The most valuable thing was expert advice about the right proportions for furniture in relation to the space and also, colour coordination. I was given confidence in choosing furniture appropriate for my needs and the space as well as motivation to get out of my comfort zone and to investigate resources I was unaware of. I would recommend Tailored HQ to anyone who has to choose furniture for a specific space and to blend with existing pieces and also people needing expert advice from those trained in interior design. It is important for me to live within my means and get advice that respects my budget. Having said that, I paid more than I intended to for some pieces but made truly informed decisions to do so. I wasn't pressured by anyone but my priorities were more informed. I paid more for quality and comfort!- Barbara Page

I am a Newcastle TAFE Interior Design student and Tailored HQ have been incredibly helpful in assisting with an assignment. They have allowed us access to there showroom for research purposes and always reply to emails and phone-calls promptly. Nothing seems too hard for these guys.
