My Onkyo TX NR686 decided to stop working after a power outtage during the storms, and I went to another local repairer who basically through his arms in the air. Then I called Jamie who was incredibly professional and diagnosed the possible issue over the phone, so I took it to him and he diagnosed the problem over night, three days later my amp is working beautifully, with its firmware also updated.Will definitely recommend you take any high end Stereo equipment repairs to him.Don't waste your time going anywhere else.Parking is a little difficult but worth the short walk. My Cambridge Audio Azure 851W was misbehaving after a few years of use (it gets horrifically hot so not unexpected) - error condition, speaker crackling etc. Jamie from Alltechs was given to me as a contact by my dealer and he handled everything with zero fuss.Due to luck on my part (because he was in the area when I rang him) he even picked up the amp and dropped it off when he was finished, which is going way above and beyond. I did not expect this, and he did not even mention it as an extra charge or inconvenience for him.When he picked up the amp I knew he had a reverence for the product and his reputation. When he dropped it off I connected it back up and it’s solid. If it’s even possible, it sounds better than new.Thank you Jamie for your personal touch and quick turnaround in these challenging times with supply chain issues.Highly recommended, and your reputation is well deserved.
