Great staff, always friendly and conscientious about people having to wait.Unfortunately I've been there on many occasions when someone is being rude or unreasonable and wasting not only the Post Office staff's time, but also that of everyone else waiting, often because of parcel weight. The staff are normally very good at asking if they can serve a few people before trying to help these people again, or asking if they can serve other people if someone is there for a particularly long or problematic transaction.

I can't believe how much better this post office is than Pennant Hills! I decided to make the extra effort to go to the Thornleigh branch so I didn't have to deal with the staff there. At Thornleigh the staff are friendly and efficient, and everything was sorted out very quickly and with no stress. I wouldn't dread going to the post office at all if this was my local.

Been trying to call this post office for 2 days now - no one picks up the phone. Yesterday alone, I tried calling 16 times and the Australian Post head quarters has been trying to call them too regarding an urgent transfer of a parcel. Absolutely shocking!!!Pick up your act Thornleigh post office, pick up your phone!

Kevin, Sunil and Sean are always friendly and helpful. I've been going to this post office for many years. They have a great range of gifts, cards and children's books also, you can buy lotto, do your banking and office services. Passport / ID photos and applications also. Kevin is a JP too. Easy parking at Thornleigh Marketplace. Your one stop Post Office.

Today we had our 2 month baby passport application and photo taken. Even though the post office was incredibly busy, I am grateful of the time and patience taken by the staff (Sunil i think) who processed our photo and application. Thank you very much!!

Such a friendly and happy team! Service is always great, speedy and will always give guidance on the cheapest way to post items saving you money. I love that I can do my lotto there too!! They have a great variety of the last minute gifts to send to loved ones.Service with a smile 100% of the time. It’s not my closest local but I will go there every time regardless for all my postal needs.
