Disappointing. Ask for a quarter pounder with no cheese or onion. Burger came with a smattering of sauce and one pickle. The menu says pickles people, not one pickle. Ordered an iced latte with vanilla syrup, well you couldn't taste the syrup at all. Tasted like a normal coffee with no sweetening. Service was slow but they seemed friendly enough.

None of the ordering machines work, had to ask for the toys that come with the happy meals, had to ask for straws, had to take food back to get the add ons we paid for, fries were cold, they just let 5 girls, aged somewhere between 13-15ish years old, into the playgroud when there were young kids, aged 10months to about 5 years old, playing. Had to tell them a few times that a child has possibly vomited in the playground. They said they would close it down but still hadnt done so by the time we left, about 20 minutes later

Ordered cappuccinos with breakfasts, given milky coffees with chocolate on top. Returned 1 coffee commented that it was nowhere up to Macca's standard. Was given another one, same as the first. We left without drinking either of them. Girls making coffees were not taking anytime to air Milk.

The girl taking our order (I’m pretty sure her name is Talia) put a seperate small chocolate shake onto my friends order. This small chocolate shake was supposed to be part of a happy meal. Instead of that, she put a large Coke Zero sugar onto the order as well as the small chocolate shake. This increased the total of the order by at least 5 dollars. McDonalds Northam essentially scammed my mate out of 5 dollars. Very disappointed. I tried to reason with her but she denied, even though the order total and all items of the order were included on the screen.

We ordered a double quarter pounder from the drive thru last night from Mcdonalds at 9:30pm. We opened the burger box after a few minutes of leaving the Mcdonalds to find the bottom bun of the burger soggy from what seems to be oil. It was a disgusting sight and immediately lost our appetite. We drove back through the drive thru to ask for a refund. We were just given a new burger and told to “see if this one’s better”, with no apologies from the two staff members we interacted with. We are never the type of customers to send food back and were even the ones applogising to them for inconveniencing them. The second staff member looked displeased that we had returned the burger and even had an attitude. It was a disappointing experience as the staff here are usually upbeat and friendly but that was just not the case last night.

My friend got a double big mac and there was only 2 patties not 4 she wasnt happy she wants a refund for this silly thing but its ok because now shes dead from starvation.
