Terrible customer service, inquired about a demo bike on bikesales that was for sale and available at Indian Geelong. Got a prompt phone call back from Mason confirming that I can come down and test ride the bike I was inquiring about buying. The next day when I call him back to arrange a date and time for the test ride I get told that I could no longer test ride the bike that I wanted to purchase and can come down and have a look but not take it out.How does one buy a bike without even test riding it? And why is a demo bike not allowed to be taken for a test ride?

Very poor customer serviceWe bought 2 bikes and waited 5months for it as it on back order I can understand that but with the halmet and jackets we selectedFirstly they didn't order with the bike as a result we need to buy other once they have nothing in stock as alternative so we went to AMX and bought jacket and halmet cost us 850$ for both bikesThey we pretty gud till we were buying the bike and once deal done on pick up day very poor customer service and no manner to how to talk with customersOnly person was ok i felt was Max rest of whole staff was dum no knowledge of bikes and any upgrades we did.At the end i would like to say please don't go there strongly don't recommend them

After a long wait my husband picked up his new Indian chieftain today. We believe it’s one of the first to arrive in Melbourne. All the staff at this dealership are just so polite and helpful. They thoroughly explained all the nitty gritties. They truly go above and beyond and make you feel important (unlike some other dealerships). They were more than happy to spend as much time as needed just to make us happy and I believe that they would do the same for all customers. A+ customer service. Well worth the hour and a half drive. Keep up the fantastic work.

How’s the service you ask - Well, this amazing team really shines, from greeting you as you arrive, ordering in parts, keeping you informed on progress and of course taking care of your two wheel rocket, these guys do a great job! They even went as far to correct the time on the display and replace a few missing screws. Attention to detail is high here and these days rare to see so special thanks to the crew out the back for their efforts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We came in just to buy a dealer shirt. At first, we thought there weren't any and left. But the salesman came running out of the shop and found us and told us they did have some in stock. Thanks!!!!
