Friendly, knowledgeable staff. And very polite and efficient. Only side effect is the location is a bit of a walk to get to. Not their fault it is Bounce map indicates nearer to city centre

A little heads up about stair only access we had some big items to try and get down the stairs. Apart from that staff were great and it was so helpful.

Great location (4min walk to the sky bus location in Southern Cross). Drop off and pickup was easy and fast with luggage being stored in a secure room with bag tags for identification. Only thing to take note of was that you will need to use the stairs to carry your bags up and down the entrance which may be an issue for larger and/or heavier bags.

Quick and easy service and very affordable too. Just a word of caution for those with heavy luggage/suitcases - you will have to bring it up and down the stairs yourself
