Will sell you stuff that won't work then make you jump through hoops to try get it replaced because they don't do refunds on faulty products

The staff have terrible customer service. They are very standoffish, and swear at their customers, so be warned. I would not recommend visiting here.

Innisfail Aquarium & Bird Centre
Got the shampoo that was recommended and it’s amazing. My German shepherd and kelpie are brighter shinier and smell amazing. They even gave Flash & Sarge some treats. I love the birds that all sit out of cages on perched towards the back of the store.
