Great staff, good variety of food. Prices are competitive with the big three. Pensioner discount Wednesdays. Not as big of delays at checkouts like the others. Our first choice for shopping.

Just want to say I was utterly discusted and disappointed, in the service I received from the young man at the deli on Wednesday 22nd March, 6.30pm. He was very rude, had no respect, and looked like he hated his job and he didn't want to be there. Not one bit friendly. He was tossing and throwing things around.Happy with the variety and pricing but the customer service was atrocious.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The shop is organised and is easy to find what you are looking for. Fruit and vegetables are fresh. I just find the price a bit more expensive than other shops but otherwise great selection. Easy parking, wheelchair accessible. Today some shelf are half empty due to the panic buying. I was told that if you go shopping earlier you might get what you want/need.

Great staff And shopping Supermarket Be careful when you buy markdown meat I am sick of getting rotten markdown meat that just absolutely stinks It is very dangerous If you don't check your meat before you cook it After Buying meat that was marked down on 4 different occasions thinking you wouldn't get rotten meat 4 times well I did Check your meat it goes out of date too quick stop selling rotten meat

Great independent store here in Toowoomba, stock some of those obscure items that the larger store don't stock. Also have alot of Qld, Local and Australian made products. Check out the deli and meat section for good discounts. Support local support Drakes

Hands down, one of the best independent grocery stores around. It's more expensive than Coles and Woolworths, but has some of the freshest produce and goods that you won't find in a large supermarket store. One of our favourite things to buy here is the tubs of popcorn.

Again did weekly shop here the staff could be more friendly it’s becoming to a pattern where the day will come where there they will be rude enough I’ll go back to woollies or coles I was just giving you guys a chance.
