Astrid Linden is the rudest, most nastiest and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Such shame to have someone represent a big organisation like Dulux. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Surely so!

This review is in relation to the B&D Group. Everything was fine up until payment. The technician put me onto accounts and my credit card details were taken, I was notified of the Surcharge etc and was advised that the payment was completed. Seven days later I get a call from the same person (Danielle) who advised me that she was trying to process the payment but couldn’t due to insufficient funds. Turns out she only wrote down my details seven days prior and hadn’t yet processed the payment. I did not give her my consent to record my details. Nor did I give her my consent to store my details. I told her I needed to check my statement and I would call her back to arrange payment. Low and behold she just went ahead and processed the payment (again without my consent). I have called the ACCC who will be investigating this matter as this was a breach of my privacy!

We flip houses and have always used Dulux. Sad to hear you have chosen to continue to discriminate incase your products catch a cold so we have now decided to use a different brand.

We brought two types of dulux paints for our front fence. Read the can instructions on both. Stated that the paint was suitable for wood metal plastics and glass. This is NOT TRUE.Overnight the color changed from gold to drab brown. Then it became transparent, then it washed off when it rained. WE paid a PREMIUM PRICE for this garbage. Dulux has spent months responding to our consumer complaint, only to advise that a competitors product may repair the paintwork better. Warranty as such DOES NOT EXIST. Pathetic. Time for a new CEO I think. Consumer Affairs is our next stop. NO MORE DULUX FOR US-PERIOD!

I used weathershield on timber facia and it blistered the next day. Temperature was 21 degrees and the surface properly prepared. When I contacted Dulux I was told it was probably high humidity and it was just bad luck. So much for the guarantee.

Not sure if right site. Just wanted to say how good your spray can dura max enamel is. Have tried other brands on a project of restoring items on my 1997 VS Statesman and a lot of them don't perform. Must say your paint does to a high standard. Thankyou. Ian Batchelor. Margate Tasmania.

No Colour consultation or any assistance for a commercial complex of 104 plus villas. Have called 7 stores and Dulux Head office customer service, they suggested to download the app on my mobile ?? and do I have an account ??
