Knowledgeable and friendly staff. For installation I showed up on the day and they were ready to take my car in. Afterwards, I received a text saying that I can pick up my car, everything was installed with great quality. Quick, convenient and fair.

My order was nearly $900, when it was eventually sent (dispatched 6 days later), it had zero packaging in the box. My items were just dropped into a big box and taped up. Very poor service. All boxes I received were damaged due to being bashed around. I took a video of the box opening.Will not use them again or recommend to anyone.... I'm just hoping the items actually work and are not damaged internally when they are installed in the vehicle.Would happily request a refund if I thought it would happen.Terrible service

Outstanding, prompt, hassle free service. Accidentally purchased for pickup in store instead of shipped. Asked them to ship, they did so without fuss, head unit arrived a couple of days later. Flawless experience.

Quick delivery to Queensland at a very competitive price! They even gave me some installation advice over the phone after I had a little trouble with my reverse camera wiring. Great experience using these guys.. Highly Recommend!

I placed an order online with Bankstown Car & Sounds for a pioneer head unit which was better then any price on the market by a large amount. Unfortunately after placing the order there was a long wait due to supplier issues, however the team members were able to assist me and provided me with a similar head unit they head in stock and had it installed within 2 hours. They took the time to explain the system to me as well and made sure I had no questions before leaving.

These guys were legends. Phone consultation , then on the spot consultation further. They guys looked for ways to reduce the cost but give me an awesome sound system!!!!I came from Bondi worth the drive will be sending my daughters to these guys 100%Go the bunnies!!!!!Paul.

The guys were really professional and friendly and plenty of stock available. They were even able to install on the same day which was awesome. Once completed we jumped in the car and ran through the entire install process, helped set it all up and even hook up my phone.

Legends! What else can I say... Great priced gear during the sale period, and super amazing support. I'd decided to change part of the order also and they fixed it right up, no issues. Further, the guys were then super helpful with guiding part of the install when I'd overlooked a simple plug config (stupid mistake - happens when its been such a long time since an install).Super happy with the support, price, product and all round experience! Thanks once again guys!
