I have been using the HR Dept now for a couple of years. As a small business owner it gives me such peace of mind to know that they are keeping me up to date with the current laws and that all of my policies, procedures and employments contracts are correct. They make themselves so accessible when I have questions about the correct way to proceed with any issues.
