They registered with the hubbed company, the 1st time I go thru said they can't take my parcel. The staff not even check their system.I want home to double check with hubbed and found out they can accept. I went there the next day another staff accepted my parcel.....

CAR WASH. i have just given this BP hundreds of dollars business every week. why? Because people always search for automatic car wash places I believe and it's difficult to find them or it is difficult to find a good one.Now that I put a photo on here I'm sure the car wash facility will be easily identifiable 2 potential patrons.Not all automated car washes are the same, this one seems to be good quality. not cheap but good.However, the $1 coffee is disgusting. Coles express coffee machines $0.80 coffees are tens times better.

Pros: Went for thee automatic car wash on a Sunday afternoon. Expected a queue. But saw no other cars before or after me in the car wash area.Cons: The basic car wash programme ($10) does not include drying. So ended up with watermarks all over. To me that is a service half done. I used to go to a Coles express elsewhere in Sydney, their basic option had the dry function included (same price and takes what seems like less than a minute to do it).

Tried to use the vaccum cleaner on 09.03 at 10pm. The machine wouldn't turn on. The man inside refused to print me another ticket to try other machine or offer a refund.Seems like they don't care.

My experience with the petrol station was good.The car wash was fortunately open and I had opted for the $15 wash. The instructions were easy to understand, the wash was quick (around 6-8 minutes), and the quality of wash although not being as good as a manual wash, was great for the price.Would definitely go again, but I’d suggest calling the station before going as I’ve noticed that the car wash had been broken sometimes.

Very rude & intolerable behaviour from the guy , don’t know his name , I went there around 4 am to fill the tank , I got the nozzle & wait no one turned up then I walked down to door press the bell no response, I hold & press longer no response then I end up with knock the glass door with my truck key then he came up with rude words “ why you smashing my door, why you rang the bell so long “rather than saying sorry I was at the backThen I was shocked when he said it’s our fuel station & our rules , I won’t allow you for fuel now “” totally disgustingI went back ,left the nozzle on the ground just to teach him.I never ever fill the fuel from here in my life I wish to give them less than 1 star if any

I would like to have a special mention for this obviously valued staff member. This morning in the absolute pouring rain this bastion of human spirit would not allow me to change a flat tyre under cover next to a bowser even though there was not a single customer in sight (probably deterred by your over inflated prices). He did offer me a car spot in the pouring rain next to the car wash. Employee of the month and heart of gold.

Worst Customer service, the guy was rude when I used bit of paper towel to wipe my hands, I used to go this BP for an year and I have stopped going from this year. The fuel (diesel and Petrol) quality isn't great either,I highly recommend everyone to refrain from this BP. They lost a good customer who spends $150-$180 a month for Diesel and 98 Petrol.
