A great bar with an absolutely fabulous and diverse range of craft beers. Highly recommended for a pre-show drink or to finish off the night. You have to try the salted caramel stout. Yum.

Nice decor and cosy atmosphere. No live music or entertainment.Duo of dips was awkward and missing a bit of taste. Awkward as the jars the dips are served in, you can not without fingerings the jars get all the dips out. Taste because the cottage cheese was as tasty as what you get at Coles deli. Unfortunately, we didn't stay for dinner.Good venue for a few friends, perhaps not the right spot if you're after entertainment or a nice dinner.

Very cool bar, reminds me a lot of craft breweries in America... Just with waaay better food! I always appreciate a great selection on tap. I would have liked to have been able to select 5 or 6 beers for a tasting paddle / flight from the online menu though. Overall wicked place though, great decor. I'll come back next time I'm in Brisbane!

Food and beers were amazing, but the service was abysmal here. Went up to the bar to order food, and failed to notice that the tables were numbered. The bartender refused to take my order without the table number, which is fair enough, but the level of disdain and rudeness with which he did it was so extreme that I thought he was joking - as a fan of dry humor I joked back, and pointed out which table I was on, to which he responded by telling me that I can go and get the table number and stop wasting his time, again with complete disdain, speaking down to me like I was a child, and shooed me away with his hands.Again, completely fair to expect the table number, but the table numbers are easy to miss and there is no signage indicating that you need to provide this when ordering food (there are also like, 10 tables in the entire place. Surely you'd know if a customer pointed to one?), so being spoken to the way that I was felt completely uncalled for.Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews here, I'm sure I just caught someone having a bad day, but the experience was so unpleasant and unwelcoming that I'll never come back here.

Had a nice lunch here. The baguette was homely, fresh and tasty! A simple menu but made well. Loved the punk/alternative music. Good range of beers. Had a microbrewery ambiance. Was a bit disappointed to order a Coke and received a different brand version (Aldi no sugar cola) which I wasn't really a fan of. Otherwise a good lunch spot.

Got SCREAMED AT for having the audacity to order a pint at the counter, by the head waiter there, full of contempt and disdain, really a bizarre behaviour. I was half-hoping he was joking but no, errrr, ok! Place is cute, if filled with faux-vintage all over. Food looked amazing but I did not get a chance to try it. We had a good chuckle with my date, who was also astonished by the waiter/manager's tone and behaviour. Maybe rude" is what they mean by "fiercely independent"?"

Met up with a friend earlier this week for a drink and snack meal prior to attending the theatre as part of the Brisbane Festival.This location in Fisher Lane is very convenient to QPAC and West End.I also noticed that all the car parks around the Brisbane convention centre and QPAC are not accepting cash so I got caught out . They are only accepting credit cards and there are no attendants in place to help out.Fortunately I found a car park on the street near by. It is always a pleasant walk around this area of Fish Lane. More pleasant that evening as there were so few people and great to enjoy the spring night air.The Beer Cafe had quite a few clients but was not overcrowded. Only one person behind the bar who was working really efficiently. We had beers and wine and some food from the menu. Although the menu is quite limited this suits the style of the beer cafe really well.The atmosphere is casual and there are various types of seating at tables and high bar style tables. of your choice. The dim lighting makes it a great intimate place.Terrific for a casual meet up. The atmosphere is fairly relaxed and there is a high level of male patronage obviously because of the casual atmosphere and the variety of beers on tap. My friend said they were not featuring any new styles of beer he hadn't tired recently....which is understandable with Covoid 19 restrictions and low turnover.The pate platter we shared with freshly toasted French baguette was really delicious and served on a wooden board with side plates.Saccha's is certainly worth a re-visit!

Something different food wise but definitely worth it. Some great beers, the Tallboy & Moose Oaked Stout was a particular stand out..will definitely be back..

Great venue with a wide selection of beers on tap. 12% sours and 10% Stouts made my day, but starting with a 3.5% Mexican Lager is definitely the way to kick off festivities. The staff know their product and how to serve it. Make sure you ask their recommendation and you won't be led astray.

Walked past way too many times to have not stopped in. The range of beer is so large they force you to have multiple visits. Staff were super helpful and knew their stuff. The food was bar food with an upgrade. Plenty of vegan options as well. Will definitely be coming back.
