Dealing with wiseberry Picton was not one of our best experiences of selling a house. After only 3 weeks on the market we were pressured to drop the price after no body showing up to the open homes.The first open house was missed due to the agent going on holidays, we were pretty cranky that they couldn’t have organised somebody else from the team to show the property that day .We felt there was minimal effort made in the add whilst we had to push for more and different photos to be added and communication made by the agent was minimal.When we first signed up it was full guns blazing once the house was on the market we were the ones ringing for feedback not the other way round. We would not use this real estate again or recommend them.Also once our house was sold a few weeks later due to unforeseen circumstances the real estate reused our photos which we purchased to advertise our house at the time to re sell the house, we did not mind however they did not have the decency to call and let us know or ask if this was ok as we had paid for the photography. Poor communication skills again on they’re behalf. When I approached the team about this situation there was no apology acknowledging they had used the photos we paid for. Management were rude and just didn’t get why it was an issue for us and they didn’t see the issue with using our photos we paid for to advertise the property . They proceeded to pay us $400 for the advertising of the photos and we were told “that’s the end of it”
