I have been seeing Julie for a couple of months now and she has been amazing at helping me target my skin concerns and come up with treatment plans that save me money and keep me consistent in caring for my skin. She's also super friendly and passionate. Highly recommend her professionalism and knowledge!

Been coming to ASC for a few years for various treatment. Shelby has been an amazing dermal technician. All staff have been very friendly and accommodating. great results post treatment.

I had such a pleasant experience when getting my lips done by Jolene. Also the receptionist Tha was really lovely upon arrival and was so informative of all my questions. She made sure I was comfortable and was just overall amazing client experience.

I’ve been to the clinic twice now for injectables with Joelene and she is absolutely amazing. I went in with a couple of concerns and had a consultation first to ensure what I wanted was going to be achievable and find out more information. Joelene answered every question and had great insight into treatments and the expected outcomes, more detailed than what I had found on google. Her experience and professionalism really made the whole experience enjoyable and put my mind at ease. She tailored my sessions to get maximum results without breaking the bank or overloading my face which I was really nervous about. She is very gentle and I only had a little bit of discomfort (which is to be expected having multiple needles put in your face). I’m really looking forward to our next session and seeing what other magic Joelene has in her hands and needles.I cannot thank her enough for the time and effort she has spent on me.She is a real gem!

I went here thinking that I would get something done by an experienced person but unfortunately this was not the case. Spent $1500 for fillers as suggested by the clinician and this had made no difference at all. I waited a couple of weeks to see if this would improve but to no avail. When I contacted the clinic about this they wanted to see what they could do to fix it and find out the issue. Obviously I cant have then touch my face again as I am scared I will have to go through the same extremely painful experience again with no results. I asked for a refund and no response. I have had many treatments before but first time at this place and I would advise people to do your research before and make sure you get a qualified person to do the work, someone who actually knows what they are doing. Very disappointed at this result (or no result as the case may be). I am now out of pocket $1500 and have to find someone who can help me instead of taking money with no results

Everytime I have my appointments with Shelby she always makes me feel comfortable and has opened my eyes to how to take care of my skin properly. I definitely recommend her for all your skin care needs.

I went to this place with a one-off visit expectation; I was actually AMAZED at Shelby's customer service, knowledge and kindness!Made me feel so comfortable, welcomed and in-the-know throughout the whole dermabrasion session, even got me booked on a plan!Never felt pressured into making a plan or buying their stock, but I got them because of the honesty Shelby showed all throughout!Can't wait to see my skin results by the end of it all!

I have been getting my laser done at Australian Skin Clinic for years now and have been very happy.The staff are all wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.My amazing laser technician Katia made me feel extremely comfortable and had me leaving my appointment very happy and in laughter.

Have come here a couple times now and never had any issues. When I first entered the store I came in with a gift card someone had gifted me for my birthday but I had no clue as to what was available. I was welcomed by Katia who was incredibly kind, helpful and gave me an overview of what services were offered. I walked in today for my laser appointment and was served by Katia and again, found her to be both professional and friendly, she explained everything step by step and made my laser experience very comfortable. Thank you Katia!
