From my first one on one introduction with both Aaron and Candace I knew that this was not like any other gym that I had ever been to. Having a qualified dietitian and trainer help you understand and set realistic goals before lifting a weight was great.I had never done crossfit and was definitely the slowest and oldest in the morning sessions. But the girls and guys treat each other irrespective of age, weight, strength with nothing but support and encouragement. My hand stand attempts may have given all a great laugh, but it was. A laugh that I shared with mates.The awesome trainers may hammer in techniques over weight and speed, but it is the encouragement of the guys and girls around you that makes 6am classes a highlight rather than a chore.Unfortunately I have suffered an injury caused by being 40+ and not listening to my body. But the whole Crossfit Verde team has been around me, willing me to get back out there.

My partner trains here all the time and loves the staff/owners great training plans and care and safety teaching newbies how to lift. Purpose built training facility as good as they get.

I started at Crossfit Verde about 9 weeks ago. The whole team there is welcoming and encouraging.The whole community at the box have also being great and I have felt like a member of the community there since I started there. I have so far lost 12kgs and feel fitter and stronger.If you are thinking about giving it a go I could not recommend Crossfit Verde any higher. Get off the couch and give it a go you won't regret it.
