I've been renting for 13 years and had a few different real estate companies and Dingle Partners is by far the best experience I've had. Mark is exceptional at his job, he is warm, friendly and was so helpful especially during a lockdown move.I've recommended that my friends should look for their properties and Mark on their ads because of how wonderful the experience has been. Quick to organise maintenance and all staff I've interacted with are amazing.Even their move in process is so easy.Couldn't recommend Mark and the Dingle team anymore!

Dingle Partners has provided the most horrific experience a tenant could face. Moved into a place in May 2021, didn't receive a signed lease until a month after moving into the property, then they were double deducting the rent amounts from my bank account so I refused them to have my details. I slept with mold on my bedroom carpets for 10 months before Mark Faranda actually did something about it.They are now trying to charge me for water invoices that are incorrect and not in my name. As I have been trying to resolve this issue, they have stopped replying and don't call me back.I have not received compensation I was entitled to as the property was being sold whilst I was still living there (no surprises that the owners didn't want Dingle Partners to sell the place due to them being highly uncapable).I moved out of the property on 28 December 2022, and Amanda Costantino is now withholding my bond payments and providing no communication.Left me no other option but to submit a case through VCAT and the RBTA as they don't acknowledge my emails or phone calls.Malcolm Dingle should be ashamed of the people he has working for him representing his business.

Jay made my dreams of living in my own apartment a possibility! He listened and delivered… I have found very few agents with the old-school negotiation skills required to make a sale happen. We have been renting an apartment in the CBD through this agency. The most RUDE and INCOMPETENT experience throughout!1. The assigned agent has never picked up our calls. They only reply in messages when pestered. So many issues have been greatly delayed because of this incompetent and rude behaviour.2. Our assigned agent was changed and we were not notified. When another issue popped up, we were being run in a loop by the entire agency about whom to approach the matter with. It was not until we wanted to file a complaint did the new agent reach out. And still delayed responses.3. Recently our apartment door's lock system broke. We have been trying to reach our designated agent and no luck yet again. The reception person was extremely rude about our situation, asking condescending questions and not understanding safety issue of our home.Absolutely unbelievable that every single staff member in this organisation is so unreachable, rude, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent!

Our experience in dealing with Dingle Partners has been great. Marie was so lovely and a pleasure to work with. She really helped us out with our apartment search and found us exactly what we were looking for. Communication with Mark was great and he was prompt in getting an issue resolved for us.
