The staff are friendly. The store is clean and spacious. The printing of photos however is a painful process. I’ve tried twice today to print my photos and it’s only allowing 16 photos at a time. Flybys wouldn’t scan on the first machine, so I gave up. The system needs a lot of work. I’ll go else where to print my photos.

I can’t speak for the rest of the place as I don’t shop here normally. But have been to the Printing Service area a couple times. If you need stuff done printing relate do go elsewhere. Have been stuffed around each time I’m there and have spent extra 30-45mins because of inexperience/no care factor staff. They need to pick up their game in that department

This kmart is one of the worst I have been in:1) This place is filthy! There is rubbish everywhere and there are stains on the floor.2) Staff are horrible! I asked some girl kindly for directions to the mobile phone case area for my iPhone X that I recently purchased for my daughter and she rolled her eyes and told me to figure it out. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting.3) Horrible Stock. The stock in this place is absolutely horrible, when I went Sunday afternoon, I couldn't find anything I needed.4) Horrible Customer Behaviour. On Sunday around 3, I was browsing the toy section when some young teenage girl with her sister decided to walk over to these two little boys and harass them (s3 xu@IIy) which was disgusting. The boy then asked for assistance and the worker told him to get over it."This is the final straw for this place

horrible store, do not shop here, staff are extremely rude and there's never stuff in stock and the checkouts are always busy because they're understaffed and too cheap to hire people

Layby quality control and filing system is absolutely ridiculous, my layby was partly crushed, bag was open and the lady had to ask what items I had bought because of the plastic bag not closed at all. Lady didn't seem at all worried or apologetic about it.First and last time I will be laybying here.

Never understand why Kmart put their registers in the middle of the store, makes no sense. Victoria, hands down best employee, never fails to amaze me with her customer service skills.

I went to return an item for a refund, didn’t have the receipt however had the proof of purchase which was after pay and transaction for the purchase on my bank statement. The customer service representative at the counter told me next time if I don’t have the original receipt she will just give the voucher as they don’t have time to look for the receipt on their system as it’s time consuming.
