After talking to several builders about how I wanted to build on the sloping block, and everyone of the said it could not be done. Then I contacted Kline Homes. Graydone was understaning and had skills and knowlage to get the project completed. Being a tradesman myself, Graydon allowed me to work in with him to complete the build, giving it the personal touch. Great Work to Kline Homes!

This is the place to use if you have any sort of difficult block. Ours isn't too extreme, but most other builders didn't seem that keen. Once we found Kline Homes it was a different story. Thanks!

Graydon has just completed our new home and we (and everyone who visits) love it. The building process is never without challenges that need to be worked through together, and our block and site were no exception. It was placed in the too hard basket for many, but Graydon was able to walk us through the process and communicated well throughout the build. His eye for detail is exceptional (a great thing for a builder) and his knowledge of the industry great! Graydon is able to advise on all areas of building and can even arrange for turf and landscaping too if required. We have no hesitation in recommending Graydon from Kline Homes. He won't disappoint you.

I built my house on a sloping block with Kline Homes in 2014 and found the process to be effortless. Graydon was so easy to deal with and talked me through the process step by step. Graydon was professional, enthusiastic and flexible. The preliminary contract was essential to achieving an enjoyable building process because all the hard work was done before the construction started and I knew exactly what I was receiving before it arrived.The quality of the house is fantastic and the building costs were exactly as were quoted. I'm actually using Kline Homes to build an extension on my house starting this month. I would highly recommend Graydon and Kline Homes to anyone.
