Jazz band playing in the afternoon, great musicians & a lot of laughs.Good selection of food & coffee not bad either.They play every Sunday afternoon.

I had one of the best pies in my life, burgundy meat. Friendly staff, fast service even if I was there at peak time. Prices are the same as poorer quality pies. Great value. Highly recommended.

Nothing fancy here, except for the great assortment of bread, cakes, sandwiches, pies, Quiches and all the other good stuff as well as coffee and some beer and wine, oh, and I forgot the Jazz quartet in the corner. I friend told us about this place, which is in Balnarring not Red Hill. so being a quiet Sunday we headed out, not confident that it was even open (turns out the phone was playing up). we got in, ordered our pies and sandwiches just before the Jazz Combo started. It turned into a very pleasant afternoon as they ran through a medley of jazz standards. We arrived at 1pm and left at 3pm as the band played on. From the numbers of takeout customers queued, and tapped along as they collected their food it was obvious this was a popular outlet. All in all a pleasant afternoon

Great dine-in/take away bakery.Plenty to choose from and great food.I had the bbq pizza and the vanilla slice. Both were amazing.

im a support worker that visited with my client this morning, the staff were all so attentive and accommodating! very very lovely atmosphere*the two blonde women, both wearing glasses, one at the reg and the other bringing food out especially. they were incredibly kind to myself, my client and to everyone else!

Delicious bakery. The food is so good (love the chicken sandwich), but there’s usually a wait no matter what time you get there. Thankfully they seem to restock their pies throughout the day, so it’s worth asking even if their display is empty!

This bakery was packed. The service seems like you get hurried and not very personal. I understand today was busy, but you feel under pressure to hurry and place your order. The pie pastry was amazing, the filling seemed very sweet. The Apple Scroll was a bit burnt on the bottom and extremely sweet. I would try something else next time.

Had good hopes from the looks of what was on offer but things fell a bit short. Fries crunchy but they were the ends of the batch, the quiche (forgot its proper name) had a bottom which needed a bit more baking. Salad roll was great though.Took take away cakes. Lemon slice was great, the fruit thingy was ok to good. The Dutch apple thingy was ok only. Not much apple flavour.

Had a yum lunch here today. The place was absolutely buzzing with a jazz band playing live music. Had a really tasty roast beef roll plus carrot cake and vegie frittata.

The premier place to go for ham and Salad roll on the peninsula. There isn't a better multi grain roll with fresh salad I've found anywhere. Great coffee too
