TLDR; woke up with a bruise on my forehead!I felt like I was in a bakery where I was kneaded like dough for bread, a laundromat and came out of the tumbler at the end of the cycle! If you feel like a rollercoaster ride then this place is for you!To be fair, I had a male masseuse and my wife had an excellent experience with a female masseuse so it could be masseuse specific - pick carefully!

Epically good. Thank you zen. My hubby’s knee injury has healed so well under your strong care. And my third baby came out when I wanted thanks to your massage! Also they do a good kids massage for $25! Gift vouchers are available. But check the time frame. Our first time they ran out in six months and we had been thinking they would last a year

Was given a gift certificate for this place. Highly reccommend. Had the foot reflexology. Great for that pregnant mumma with swollen feet and just needs a bit pampering.

I was served by Grace, I have never had such a bad experience in my life.I came in with a migraine and was hoping for a quick massage, and asked for a 20 minute massage. I was then bombarded with her upselling for me to have a 30 minute massage. I agreed.Within the fist 10 minuted my massage was disputed 4 times. 1 of which my masseuse opened the curtain and left me exposed to a male (making me feel extremely uncomfortable).On the fourth time I told Grace I am not feeling comfortable and didn’t want to proceed with the massage.I started walking out of the massage parlour. Where Grace started yelling at me, telling me that I need to pay for the massage.I advised Grace that I would not be paying for the massage because half the time Grace was outside with customers and she had made me feel extremely uncomfortable.As I was walking out Grace started pulling on my arm and bag, causing me pain to my arm.After disagreements with Grace, security guards were getting involved.In the end I paid a partial payment on my own accord so I could leave.Would not recommend, take your business elsewhere.

I was so incredibly sore from coughing so much - the treatment actually made it hurts less to cough, and helped break up the congestion in my lungs, and I was feeling better in days. (still recovering, but feeling so much better)

First time here, asked for a neck and upper back, 45minute massage. Had Lee today and she was fantastic, couldn’t have done it better myself (being a physio myself). Definitely will be back and asking for her again.

Very disappointing. Unsure if new mgmt but this place has gone downhill. Got a massage on Saturday it is now Tuesday and my neck is still imobile and in pain. If mobility doesn't return in a couple days Zen will be hearing from my lawyers. I tried to give feedback at the time of massage politely the front of house laughed it off saying it was probably the knots. A good/qualified masseuse should understand and know how to treat any form of knot and should be able to identify the approach required. Do not waste your time and money on this place.
