Miho & Darcy are very professional, reliable and always communicate with me very well in details.Although I had been dreaded this stressful event (selling a house), it went completely stress free to my surprise. My house was sold much quicker than I had expected.They gave me precise advice, negotiate well, made effort to look my property at its best and I believe both sides (selling&buying) are very happy with the outcome. I'll go back to them when I buy or sell a house in the future for sure. They are good people and it's hard to find them these days. Better stick to them like when you find a good dentist!

11 months ago, I decided to change my real estate agent of 7 years and started searching for another to manage my rental property. I was a little hesitant to change as most reviews I read on other agents were all pretty similar. Darcy was very easy to work with, they wasted no time in getting my property advertised and finding potential buyers just after the 1st inspection.I was very impressed with his way to handle the whole transaction from the first day, all the way up to settlement.
