A+++++++++++++Highly recommendedI entrusted Slipstream to move a very large grand piano fromDawesville to Shoalwater 17 August 2020.I'm completely inexperienced with a grand piano but no worrieswhen I saw the move happening.Their follow up call after an initial quote made me ok the job.They were helpful, polite & really listened to the customer.I'd have no hesitation in recommending these guys & using them again!

Slipstream have moved my piano at least 4 x, the most recent involved getting it off a second storey balcony to the road level. Andrew and Dan knew all the tricks and had all the tools to ensure my upright yamaha was safely moved over balustrading and craned down. Baby Grand - Manually moved to the 3rd floor.I won't ever be moving any of my current or future pianos with anyone else. Slipstream made the entire experience from start to finish totally stress free which is especially important when in the middle of moving house. My partner and I just moved into our new home and leading up to the date of moving, Andrew from Slipstream kept in contact and was very upfront/informative with any questions or concerns we had about the move.This move calls for special mention as I have set up my studio on the third floor of our home and the fact that even though at first it didn't seem like the job was possible, both Andrew and Dan strived for the more desired outcome. As our stairs are slighty narrow and at the base of the ground floor we have a built-in shelving unit making the area very tight it all looked impossible, but with the guys experience and determination, they managed to lift my baby grand up and around to get into position so it could be manually pushed/pulled up the first of two staircases. My father and I helped as much as we could with the pushing but if I'm honest, Dan & Andrew were the absolute tanks and did all of the heavy work.The piano made it up to the very top floor with no hitch, damage or injuries and it looks amazing. After all that hard work they still gave my baby a full polish up.Great recommendations on tuners and repairers.Will be recommending Slipstream to anyone needing their heavy gear moved.Absolute legends.Thanks again Dan & Andrew.

My new townhouse rental had a ground floor staircase that didn't accommodate moderately sized furniture. I hired Slipstream removalists to come out and get everything big & bulky to the first and second floors. They used a hand cranked lift (awesome!) to get everything in through the balcony on the first floor. They got a 150kg+ chest of drawers up a narrow staircase to the second floor. Every interaction was on time and professional. I look forward to doing business with them again when we move next.
