Chemist Warehouse Oxford St

Thank you so much to the young pharmacist girl with blonde hair who served me today (Wednesday)! I came in without a prescription and needed some general eye drops, she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Give this store a miss and go to the one further down Oxford Street mall and you'll have a far more pleasant experience!Came in to return some heat pads that did not heat up. Was directed to call customer support for refund which I did and when I finally got around to it they said it has nothing to do with over the phone and it should have been done in store.

Everyone at this store is amazing. Due to the medication I take, I always go here. The pharmacists Gina and co are fantastic. The sales people are also amazing. If In could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this store

one of the worst Chemist I've been to. Long queues, just 2 attendants, mess, it takes a long time to get a simple medicine with a prescription.

Amazing service from all staff, particularly Luke who gave me some very good, non judgemental and professional advice, genuine recommendations, and overall great interactions with jokes included. Normally when you go to the counter to pick up prescriptions its quick come and go but I really felt like a valued customer and I really appreciate that

I mistakenly bought the wrong type of vitamins which my doctor advises me not to take. I tried to return them (a $22 product) unopened the next day but was told they do not accept exchanges or refunds because of covid. Then the reason changed to because of risk of tampering which is ridiculous given that it is a sealed container and presents no more risk of tampering than any food product anywhere.The Chemist Warehouse on the corner of Oxford Street and Newland Street gladly exchanged them so I spent a net amount of $73 in that store. I guess I'll be shopping in that Chemist Warehouse from now on.

I left my prescription 10 days before I would have my first injection ( I was waiting for this injection for 4 months)and I would get sms two days before my appointment in hospital to pick up the medicine. Not any sms! I called them and they couldn't find my prescription. Panic!! They found later but meantime I have got an advise to fix new prescription witch was on special agreement from Canberra. How professional is it? If they can not arrange medicine at the right time do not take a prescription ... It was close that I missed my injection because I'll get the medicine today evening and my appointment in the hospital is tomorrow morning.

Great range, stuffed in a small area, Mai problem I had is some pharmacists (I’m sure they have qualifications required, not going to ask where and how) DO NOT ACT AS IF THEY COMPREHEND ENGLISH, respond to questions like a tombstone and just keep staring, after third repeat by the customer in word by word pronounced sentences!
