The Party Cave

I manage community centre located in Brisbane and we have used The Party Cave several times over the last 3 years for our events. In the entire time that we have used their services we have always found them to be friendly and flexible. There have been several nights when rain and storms have impacted our events and they have no questions asked offered to reschedule at no extra cost to us. There was even one night when they had set up and we were ready to press play on the movie and a storm came over, Boyd happily said he would return at another time and reschedule. We would recommend The Party Cave without hesitation. We have only ever found the couple who manage this service to be friendly and approachable. We will continue to use their services for many years to come.

The Party Cave - Literally saved my sons party. After another Backyard Outdoor Cinema Hire" Company cancelled on me at the last minute - 4pm on the day of my event to be exact. The Party Cave came to the rescue

Quite possibly the worst customer service EVER experienced. I would not recommend organising anything with this business. Just wow. Horrendous.

What an awesome experience hiring the big screen and wood fired pizza oven for our Origin Night Party . Would highly recommend the Party Caveto anyone looking to have an awesome party .

We had an 18th birthday party with 60 18 year oldsEvery one of them said this was the greatest idea, pizza oven on siteEasy to use, well explained by both Suzanne and Boyd. Turned up when they said for delivery and pick up, fresh bases and condiments and the end result, totally successful party. Couldn’t recomend them any higher

The party cave provides excellent service. I hired a pizza oven, forgot to order bases and they came to the rescue. The pizza bases supplied were 10/10. Boyd was prompt on-time and offered helpful advice with quantity and ideas. Would highly recommend and use them again. Supplied firewood,pizza cutters, serving dishes matches and even newspaper to get the fire started.

Yeh I won’t be using this business. I don’t recommend anyone else does. I simply inquired about hiring a pizza oven and asked if I could collect myself and avoid a delivery fee. I then received a series of rude email replies. I really don’t know how a business could treat potential customers like that, I just asked a question and then said I’d need to think about it due to the cost being higher than I thought. I think I dodged a bullet by not using this business!
