Banh Mi Factory
We got the pork banh mi, beef banh mi and Vietnamese coffee to get a good idea what these guys are about. 10/10 sooo tasty! The ingredients are spread evenly on the bun, beef was full of flavour and hot, I think I would’ve preferred the pork belly instead of the normal pork but they didn’t have it. No worries - just another reason to go back! Vietnamese coffee was super tasty too. Definitely recommend!

Best Bahn mi in Brisbane ! Fast service, friendly staff and fresh and delicious Bahn mi. I travel about half an hour just for this particular place 10/10

Amazing banh mi’s which are super tasty. It’s hard to find great quality ones in Brisbane and this is definitely in my top 3. I would definitely come back to try a few more flavours. They also have some desserts on offer which looked good.Note there is no seating so it’s takeaway only.

Was craving a bahn mi. They did NOT disappoint! The bread was fresh, the meat seasoned and marinated perfectly and the iced coffee was amazing!

Banh Mi Factory in Newstead is the best Banh Mi in Brisbane! I have tried so many but Banh Mi Factory is easily the most delicious and consistent.Their doughnuts are also incredible, they are always sold out when I go near the end of the day but when I manage to get one I never regret it.The staff is also so kind and lovely. I was having a really really bad day today and she obviously could tell because I got a free ice tea and omg I am always going to get one now. The lychee black ice tea was so tasty and cold! Honestly this small act of kindness really saved my week and cheered me up so much.Thank you Banh Mi Factory for being such a delicious and delightful lunch time experience!

One of the best freshly made Bahn Mi's. Rice Paper Rolls are also delicious. No seating available but a short stroll down towards the river offers a good opportunity to eat with a view.

One of the better Banh Mi's for sure! Marinated meats are Asian favours, my favourite is probably the lemongrass flavour. They didn't have the pork belly when I tried. The bread is awesome - very crispy and fresh. The pickled carrots and coriander was the bad point as they was limp as. It really needs to be perky, crunchy and fresh.Viet coffee was a disappointment like most places. Tastes like instant coffee, condense milk and extra sugar on top. Too sweet! Almost like syrup... Couldn't finish it.Chicken and bbq pork skewers were good. The chicken is a creamy/coconut peanut flavour. While the pork is the typical nam nung flavour.

Their website says best Banh Mi’s in Brisbane and I have to agree. I’ve had Banh Mi’s in many different places including in Vietnam and the ones this place makes are in top 3 I’ve had. Lots of filling and fresh ingredients inside crunchy bread. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Menu not as extensive as the Zillmere branch. But service is quick and efficient despite the long queue for lunch.Fresh crisp ingredients, price is reasonable. Would recommend.
