I am not normally a person who leaves reviews, but I honestly can't praise them enough for how quickly they came to quote our job from the initial phone call. Jordy was at my place within a few hrs and he not only quoted my job there and then but he did a gas leak check on our system free of charge. Jordy and his team completed the work that same day I called for a quote! They left next to no mess and cut minimally into the gyprock. Everything was done with care and respect and you could tell it is a team that takes pride in their work. Hands down the smoothest experience ever. I even called the next morning with a silly question and request and they came to help me within an hr of contacting them. Jordy is a fantastic person and plumber. He's respectful, charming, polite, considerate, and explained plumbing problems and possible solutions to help me decide how it should be fixed. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend Jordy and the team at J&T Dale Plumbing for both inspections and repair/placement plumbing work.

I was very happy with the service. All staff who were at my place for either doing the quote, or doing installation, were really friendly, polite and helpful. It's refreshing to have tradies who are customer focused!The quote was clear, and provided a number of options. And I wasn't forced into any specific one, which is certainly a good thing.I was also impressed with them being able to do both the quote and the work on the following business day that I had contacted them. This really helped us out.Would happily use them again in the future!

A very rare breed these days. Always a prompt service and the professionalism of the business and staff is exceptional. From the quote to the finished job, all staff are professional, respectful, take the time to explain the job, answered all of our questions and never leave a mess.
