I had an old damaged copy of the ignition key to my Toyota ute and I needed a new key. I was very happy with the service and the price. Within 30 minutes I was in possession of 2 new (not copies of a copy) ignition key. They work perfectly in the ignition, doors and petrol cap locks. Could not be happier.

I would highly recommend this locksmith company. Excellent communication and very professional job. The job was completed in a short turnaround. Ash went above and beyond to redo our locks!

Great service! Wing is very friendly and helpful. Fixed my bike lock and charged a very reasonable price, and offered to let me know if it would be expensive before he charged me. Very happy :)

I had high hopes after someone recommended this place. I had an obscure lock to fix & was told they had the reputation of fixing lots of issues. After 3 months I went back in (I guess I must have missed the one phone call they made) and was told to go elsewhere. It was clear to me they could have helped but considered the job not worth their time. Oh and they tagged my leather case with masking tape that peeled off the finish and ruined it for selling. So not only did they not help, but I was worse off than if I’d left them well alone. I’m sure they are great at selling locks and cutting keys, but Bunnings does that too folks.

After breaking the key to my Alfa Spider I called no fewer than 15 different locksmiths trying to get help. I was told it would take time to get the blanks or they simply couldn’t do it. I was finally told to try Southbank locksmiths. They were able to cut a new key from the broken one within 30 minutes. I’m Extremely satisfied with their service and I’ll definitely be back. These guys are experts and highly recommend to anyone who has a classic car. Don’t waste your time like I did and contact them first.

Fantastic experience with this business. After buying a classic vehicle (with an unusual combination of European locks) supplied without keys and having only a few hours spare before departing the State, A lot of other locksmiths turned me away before I was referred to Southbank as the only people in Brisbane able to fix the job. Sure enough George’s knowledge from his wealth of experience filled me with confidence and got the job done in just three hours. Locks hadn’t worked in 10 years, but are now like new. I highly recommend this business specifically to anyone with older or unique vehicles where quality of workmanship is paramount.

i left my key in my house and try to find a lock smith, the men suggested us to call the property manager first because it is free, and he waited 10 minutes for me to get a response. I am very appreciated the help. Btw, he charges 190 for our situation but another locksmith men charged me 280 previously. I will recommend this Cheap! Helpful! Nice men

Fantastic service!An elderly friend had locked himself out. They came within 15 mins to change his lock after I phoned. And also remembered who he was as he had come into the shop an hour earlier to make inquiries.Any time I have had keys cut in the past they have always been fast, friendly and efficient.

Guys that fix the locks are great , lady who answers the phones makes you feel like you have done something wrong by ringing them and asking if they stock a part.. before even letting me tell her the part i needed she asked for a photo. This tells me they have no index system to find parts , and minimal s#%ts given . Thanks for my call back Ethel.
