They were lovely! First time at this salon. I left extremely happy with my nails. It was a big job for them to fix my previous disaster done elsewhere. I'll definitely be a regular here.I'm a perfectionist so well done girls.

Arna, the lovely owner of O.T.T., gave me a full set of sparkly pink glitter SNS nails. Her salon is clean and her prices are reasonable. A bottle of water was offered on arrival but, the best part of the experience, is how personable Arna is, chatting with me and making me feel relaxed and welcome. I'll be coming back next time!

Seriously bad experience 2nd visit. I thought Arna did such a great job on my SNS nails that I specifically rebooked her again. Joke! Unknown ‘technician’ using grinding tool, burnt/mangled nails and cuticles to remove SNS. Damaging and painful experience. Arna appeared for the last 15 minutes to file and paint what was left of my nails. She couldn’t have cared less.

Had my nails done here 2.5 weeks ago, shellac and manicure. I needed the previous shellac removed, and rather than put the chemical on cotton wool and soak my fingers wrapped in foil she decided to file the shellac off with an electric file which has destroyed my nails, 7 of my nails have broken.She also didn’t soak my hands for the manicure and used the electric file to shave my cuticles down rather than push & trim so I ended up with peeling skin around my nail beds.So upset at the state of my nails right now which are normally long and healthy.
