Accomodation was in a beautiful spot with a great view, shower had no door on it however and flooded the entire bathroom. Also a little far out from the town so not a lot of options for food late at night. All in all a great spot. Bottle of wine included with stay and great photo opportunities also included.

Ray is such a friendly and helpful host. I cannot recommend this property enough, it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The views are fantastic and if you come on a clear night with a new moon, the stars are epic. The fireplace is warm and inviting, the kitchenette has everything you need and the spa tub adds that little extra indulgence. I’m definitely coming back.

Rather disappointing experience. The rooms are very outdated compared to the photos on the website. Old bathroom, uncomfortable beds. The view is lovely and so is the fireplace. No complaints about service. But wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price.

Been staying here since 2014, and it's now our go to.when visiting the Hunter Not 5 star accommodation but quiet, clean, tidy and best in Hunter views with in room couple spa. Walking distance to arguably the areas best restaurant, Bistro Molines, and only 12 minutes to the centre of Wine Country. Highly recommend.

Stayed for the long weekend. Very lovely and home-y. The view is so beautiful in the morning, located in a perfect quiet spot only minutes away from main area. I absolutely loved the fire place and bath, amazing and warm for the winter!

We stayed for Easter long weekend and were sad to leave. We got up early for sunrise, the view is breath taking. We had dinner at nearby Bistro Molines, it was delicious! Ray's wine was fabulous. The spa and fire place topped off a great weekend. Good value for money. Will most definitely be coming back.

The room was large but the furniture was dated and the deck was dirty. The biggest disappointment though was the grounds. The weeds by the entry to our room, the barbeque area and the pool area were at least a metre tall. It could have been lovely with a little TLC but looked sadly neglected.It was a disappointing, expensive experience.

Very quaint location with the most spectacular views of The Hunter Valley by day and the lights of Cessnock at night. The fireplace was cosy and kitchenette was adequate for our needs. Recommend a glass of wine in the spa with the view. Its next level! Amazing. Although some of the décor could be updated it didnt distract from great experience we had. The perfect place to timeout for a few days! Highly recommend.

We had a 3 night midweek stay January-February .It was really relaxing.Ray is a GREAT happy go lucky host.The breakfast hamper was also Great.Highly recommend this venue .Close to vineyards & dining .Thankyou Ray

This was a beautiful place to relax. It's a perfect getaway for two with such stunning views over the valley. Just make sure you bring insect repellent as we had a few unwanted visitors during the nights. Very romantic and tranquil. The bottom of the driveway had some large potholes and somewhat scary to navigate the steel driveway in our sedan after dark.
