My daughter sustained a significant ankle injury and has had an operation to wire it together and extensive rehab. She jumped into the foam pit!They have said that she was running, which she was as along with most kids that were there but to add insult to injury, the person she was there asked the staff if she should stop the kids running and the staff said no they are fine.Mis-match of information and no accountability.

Great session for the kids, and big kids too, to be worn out... Loads of fun. Save you time...Flip Out socks required - once you have a pair, you bring them again & again. Easy as! If you need a pair, or forgot them, they are like $3.50.Enjoy!

I love that flip out is suitable for any age. The playgroup during the week is great for my little ones and my older kids love going on the weekend or after school. Also, the play centre they have near the cafe is in a great location so you can enjoy a coffee while the kids have a play. Highly recommend taking the kids no matter what age they are.

Kids love Flip-Out, there's heaps of fun trampolines, a ninja area for older kids, and play gym for the younger ones. Iced coffee tasted amazing. I normally get a hot coffee and sometimes gets some chips to share which has always been good. Downside today, which is why I am giving 4 stars, is that it is understaffed so cleaning has not been considered and the eatery area is really messy and dirty. Generally they are ok but I can see even the littlies play gym area is even pretty dirty. Definitely needs a good clean. They have done up the foam pit area, last time bits of foam were getting into kids eyes and now they have covered it so they are doing some up keep. I went on a Saturday.

Unsafe. My daughter broke her ankle by jumping in a shallow foam pit. They accepted no liability as they said CCTV showed that she was running and they have signs up saying no running.

definitely worth the long drive our kids loved it especially the older ones who stayed in the parkour section mostly.....will definitely book in our OSHC group for Easter school holiday

What a AWESOME place!! Wish i knew it sooner. Took my 2yr old to the toddler session and what a set-up! Playground, cafe, and lots of trampolines. And they we're padded and safe. Even the foam pit was fun!It wasn't busy so plenty of room to run around. I'll be definely be bring my toddler nack along with other kids. Thank You.

Good place but too many big kids obstacles but not much young kids obstacles.

Do not recommend.Your child entered the facility in a moon boot with the intention to let the child jump in a trampoline , so to prevent any further injury we cannot allow your child to use the equipment.You must abide by the instructions of the arena’s staff at all times or you may be removed from the premises . This is to ensure safety and enjoyment in all participating guests.We do not accept abusive or aggressive behaviour, However I still issued you a refund .Patrons cannot participate under the influence of drugs, alcohol , while pregnant or with current injuries Flip Out reserves the right to remove patrons at any time .Wow, thanks your your reply. Perhaps you should make sure your staff are properly educated on your rules as it was your staff who advised us it was ok for him to continue playing as-long as he took his moon boot off.And as for the refund yes you did but also said that the 4 year old can not eat any food when there are 10 other children eating in front of him when his already upset that he cannot participate after being told he can by your staff.You would think a grown woman wouldn’t be so petty to a 4 year old Child. Especially when his Aunty was already paying $300 plus for a party.

Wow kids love flip out.. first time took lil girl, she danced without being shy others all joing to the fun... hurry before Mandurah site closes down soon... #1 fun
