Do not be lured into their online Sale by all means! They do not accept any sale returns except faulty. So bad fit, color or quality and you are stuck with the items. Unbelievable for an online clothes retailer!

I purchased a dress that was too big . I sent it back and requested smaller size I forgot to register the parcel. I need not of worried with in 2 weeks I received the dress in a smaller size as requested. Dress is good quality I am very happy with excellent customer service.Will most definitely purchase more items from this company.

BE AWARE...as it's not stated by staff or posted anywhere in store that you CANNOT return an item (paid full price, unworn with tags, bag & receipt the next day!) If it's faulty yes but if it's the wrong colour or any other change of mind"...NO! Very surprised & unhappy as don't know any other shops that do this & have bought quite a few things...Not any more though! You just lost a customer & I'll be telling everybody I know. Poor customer care but you kept my $ and that's what matters to Dejuba...now known as De Robber."

Terrible online service . Have received sale item that was supposed to be black and orange , when i received it , it was grey and pink ! Cannot return sale items - this is ridiculous. Do not buy sale items online from Decjuba , go to better shops and dont be ripped off .

Went in late Friday just before closing ..in a mad rush to buy a few items. Sales assistant Luisa was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was a 10/10. Helped me with no problem or rush to get me out (even though it was now past closing time). Thank you to Luisa you are an excellent sales assistant and will definitely be back.

These girls are amazing staff are wonderful helpful and nothing is an issue .. clothing range is fantastic and the fit is good! Love it highly reccomend.. love it!!!
