Nick was called in to inspect our backyard for an outdoor shower fitting. Just a few days later, he drove nearly an hour and a half one way to get to us. Already, we were impressed. We've had trades before, good and bad. But it's sometimes a hassle getting them in as they are too busy or have too many jobs on. Sometimes, we're also not prioritised because we have a smaller property so its considered a smaller job. But this wasn't what we had with Nick. He came on time, was quick and efficient, and honest and knowledgeable in his evaluation. You got the sense that this guy knew what he was doing!After he did his evaluation, even though he didn't have to, he helped my wife and I find a link for a lovely outdoor shower supplier. We picked up the parts from them, and literally 24 hours later, he attended our property to do the job. The turnaround time made us feel prioritised and that he was appreciative of the work, which was an absolute breath of fresh air.He came on time, and was professional with his work. He kept us updated as he went through, and ensured his work spaces were left clean and tidy when he left. He finished his work as promised even though he had an unexpected challenge with a concrete barrier under our turf which he had to drill through to get the drainage pipe out. Never complained, just kept to his promise and got the job done.Payment was easy, he set up an official invoice for us and we paid via bank transfer. He stuck to his quote, even with the added challenges he faced during the installation - very reasonably priced as well! Important to note here, as people who don't have a building background, even we could see that he wasn't trying to take us for ride. Honest pay for honest work! Top bloke!The end result is fantastic! My wife and I are both over the moon with the work he did for us.Again, with Nick you get the job done to a high standard - but you also get a fantastic experience beginning to end. As long as he's around, we won't work with another plumber again!
