It's fortunate for them I can't give zero stars. I have never been so poorly treated by any bike shop ever in my life, and I only many motorcycles and and have ridden them all over this great country. The lady running the service department is rude and also a lier. I wish I'd read reviews and spoken with other bike owners before wasting my time and money.

1 star only because there is no option for 0.RUDE, ARROGANT and SELF ENTITLED staff members with no willingness to help.I have shopped here many times over the years and have encountered nothing but negativity and a strong sense of superiority from each of their staff which was both awkward and uncomfortable.If you want friendly, professional service and reasonable pricesAVOID LISMORE MOTORCYCLESand go to Ballina, those guys are great.

I took my bike for a simple service and I was offered the right advice, friendly customer service, good and prompt mechanics at an affordable price. Could not ask for more. They gained a new client. Also, I noticed they have really good riding gear.

I have a Suzuki M90 Boulevard, the cowboy who owned it before me butchered the wiring. 3 mechanics later I still couldn’t get the F1 fixed. Ben & the boys fixed it in one morning. Awesome work lads!

Great staff, very helpful. I went to get pants for the bike, the guy took me stright to what i wanted, they have a changing a room so i could try the pants on & toilets (which is great). I was in & out quickly, and happy to get what i was looking for. Well done guys.
