Mass produced tat. Not cheap, yet still nasty

very disappointed. there is no point advertising a prestigious showroom and professional staff with expert advice when it is simply untrue !! in august 2015 i purchased 3 chandeliers after much discussing with different staff there as ROSS didn't know anything about crystal/chandeliers - all promising great service before and after the purchase of lights. when i hung the chandeliers there were crystals and lamp holders missing from all 3 and so i called and both ROSS AND RAY questioned my sincerity and was then told i would need to bring samples of missing parts to their showroom and so i did. i spoke to ROSS and a lady and they took photos and measurements of parts and was told they would arrive in next container in November. in December i called and both ROSS AND RAY didn't know anything about this so i had to explain whole problem again and they wanted me to go in again with parts, i refused. so i sent them photos and after a couple of weeks i called again and ROSS said he would follow it up and call me back. a week later i called again and ROSS said he'd just sent them and when i received them was shocked to see that the parts were incorrect. so i called again for an explanation and ROSS again said he would follow it up and call me back.after numerous repetitive phone calls today 4th march 2016 i am still waiting.they promote - come and see why they are differenti definitely see why they are different - they are unprofessional and unknowledgeable as they should know their products and parts as each have their own codes and they should return calls as part of their customer service, however i guess they only care about getting a sale.i suggest people do their on research before purchasing from CUSTOM LIGHTING.i certainly won't be purchasing from here in the future and don't recommend this place to anyone

I dropped into Custom Lighting looking for a LED lamp to use whilst reading on my couch and was shown three in a separate demonstration type room.
