We went in today to purchase a sofa in the northmead store. Leila was fantastic and super helpful in showing us all of the options available for the sofa. From fabric customisation for the sofa itself to picking out matching armchairs as well. She explained every single detail to us very clearly. Thanks Leila.

I can’t say enough good things about King Furniture Northmead, especially the consultant Leila. From the moment I stepped into their sophisticated store, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. Leila was attentive, offered expert advice on furniture selection and care, and Leila assisted us with creating the perfect lounge that exceeded our expectations. The quality and presentation of their work are truly outstanding, and I will continue to trust King Furniture with all my furniture needs.

Brought a bed frame which was promise to be ready for delivery by early/mid Nov, told salesperson I have traveling plans afterwards. Stock arrive late November, when I’m already gone.Kate from Parramatta store called not to acknowledge the delay or apologize, but in rude manner demanding me to give her my traveling plans, after I told her. She then take the blame on me for not waiting for the item before I go on my planned trip. What a joke?!Good product but bad customer service from Kings.

The most pathetic and disappointing service from such a big company. They are just after money. The experience we received from them is terrible. Our $12000 worth of lounge was dumped in boxes without doing assembly.No body bothered to follow up we we had a assembly or not. We called multiple times to showroom and customer service they push the assembly again and again without notifying us. No one called us back or communicated us since after many emails and call. We paid for deluxe and white glove delivery.

I never thought I would be rating a furniture compant this low even before I got the delivery of their furniture but unfortunately a pretty stringent and customer un-frendly policy from Kings Furniture has forced us to do this. We are building a new house and ordered 20k worth of furniture from a store we thought would provide us high quality furniture and high quality service. Their store staff (Robyn) at Northmead was great and I wish I could give her 5 stars but their back office processes are pretty poor and have put us in a position where we would be without furniture for 2 weeks. We were given a deadline to pay by a date which we assumed would be the end of the business day and did not pay enough attention that it was actually 11AM. At 12pm we were told they have automatically postponed our delivery by 2 weeks and would be charging $316 to keep the furniture for 2 more weeks. Upon contacting them at 12pm we were told it was not possible to change this and we have no choice, despite us offering to pay on the spot. This policy is too strict and causes inconvience to their customers, because of this we wouldn't be recommending Kings Furniture to anyone. We understand we missed the 11am in the text message and assumed end of business day but to automatically postpone eveyrhting at additional cost is just bad service and I hope they seriously consider fixing their processes. Hope their furniture lives up to the expectations though.

We recently visited the Northmead showroom and purchased the Delta sofa. Sucheta Hedge was our sales consultant and she could not have given us a better service, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, she made our purchase so easy .. if only every shopping for furniture experience was like this!! We cant wait to receive delivery!

I decided to visit the King Living Northmead showroom after I had been to almost every other furniture/sofa retailer.I was frustrated at the standard and the restricted number of leather options being offered.Leila at Northmead was extremely patient and understood my hesitancy with making a choice. She assisted and advised me but never pushed me to make a decision before I was ready.I placed an order today for a Reo II 2.5 and 2 seater today and I am pleased with the the service and quality offered by King Living.

We went there to buy a sofa set we were greeted with a friendly smile by all the staff. Sucheta was the sales consultant who assisted us with our experience in purchasing our sofa’s. She was very knowledgeable and helpful also made it an enjoyable purchase. She was very nice. We highly recommend looking at King Living.
