I’m really disappointed with Mac at highpoint. Early in December I booked myself to get my make up done for Sunday the 23rd of January, j had an important event & I wanted my make to be done. The girl who took my detail’s said “due to COVID now we don’t do makeup but by the end of January things should get back to normal”. She ‘took’ my details down on the iPad, booked me in at 9:30-10am (which she didn’t do) Because when I went on Sunday the 23rd of January, at 9:30am, not only was I waiting for the store to open at 9:30am (like the website says Sunday trading hours 9:30-5), but a young lady states “we don’t do make up due to COVID” Not only did I receive that comment, apparently there was nothing in the iPad with my name & number booked in for me to get my make up done on that day. I’m not happy AT ALL. I’m really disappointed & unhappy. Just an FYI for everyone watch the girl save your details & maybe go into the store to make sure you have the booking still there a week before your invite. I called three days before my ‘appointment’ & I was on hold for 40 minutes no reasons.

Poor customer services, the staff made me feel so unwelcome, would not come back there again

Went to the store yesterday and Bella is absolutely fantastic. There was a sale on and completely run off her feet but she was very patient and helped me choose a foundation and blush. Great customer service.

MAC at MYER highpoint shopping center never answers phone calls. I’ve been trying to call since 2 days to make an appointment for a makeup and finally I went there. They didn’t accepted the appointment saying they are busy and also i felt so unwelcomed with the staff behaviour.

Poor customer service… didn’t feel welcomed at all!! Would never recommend to anyone…
