I am a 13 year old boy who has entered high school this year, and my mother enrolled me in this class to teach me self defense. At first I was reluctant to go, but now I know how to defend myself in the case of an attack, and I have fun along the way! They teach you how to fall properly, puchning, kicking, and how to disarm an opponent! 5/5 stars!
