Extremely poor communication, very poor organisation, shoddy product provided.Edit: In response to the business comment! Extremely inaccurate record of events. I'm disappointed that someone had the capacity to respond (erroneously) to a review within minutes of it being published, yet you did not have the capacity to turn up to appointments, and have failed multiple times to respond to requests for assessment/repair.The matter has been escalated, but good luck to anyone attempting to deal with this business!

Our gate motor died. We needed a new one. It was installed within two days of contacting InStyle. That was great service.I would definitely recommend them if asked. David Burke

After bit of a drawn out process to complete the job, I am now satisfied at the completion of the job.Only downside would be the communication with customer in regards to the progress of job instead of customer instigating all phone enquires.With that said the gate has come up well.

Andrew came and installed new motors for our automatic gates when the old ones failed suddenly. This happened during the Melbourne COVID 4.0 lockdown. Luckily he was able to attend to us since we were effectively locked in. He did an outstanding job and got new motors installed, made sure everything was operating correctly and tuned our new controls. He was very professional and friendly and we couldn't have done better. Two weeks later a severe storm snapped the bolts holding one of the motors to the wall making the gates unusable again. Andrew came out in appalling weather on the same day we contacted the firm, reinstalled the mounting and again made sure everything was working as it should. We are very grateful to Andrew and InStyle for their very professional and efficient service, especially when conditions were so difficult. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Instyle Gates fabricated customised fixed panels and a gate to finish an incomplete wall at our new property. The panels sit between wall posts and complement the exterior of the house very well. The wall and posts had been built unevenly which made instillation difficult. We were consulted during the installation process to ensure we were happy with the way it would look.The panels and gate are very good quality we have had a few compliments on how nice the finished fencing looks.The team at Instyle Gates have been a pleasure to work with, thank you!

We called in the afternoon and had a call back the next day letting us know that there was a contractor in the area and he could assess our gate which needed repairing. Soon after they arrived, assessed the job and repaired it on the spot. Great Service and happy with the result.

Please avoid doing business with this company as the Manager and Receptionists are rude and unprofessional.The technician is a professional and a friendly person and he answers calls out of hours as well.This company installed a new motor but the motor is not working after 3plus months so when I asked for an appt to fix the opening and closing issue, receptionists asked us to wait for more than 3 weeks to repair the opening and closing issue and manager called me this morning and she yelled at me. Very rude.Since it is a security issue by leaving the gate for 3 weeks if anything happens the liability will be passed to this company. I am looking for a new company to remove the motor and send it to Instyle for a refund as their workmanship and motor is valid for 12 months.

We just moved into our new home and Andrew gave our gate a look over and maintained it for us. And explained to us how to keep up with the maintenance. We love our gate installed by Andrew at Instyle Gates, they give our home that framed finished appearance and offer privacy and security. Thank you for all your help and professionalism.
