Julie is a wonderful jeweller. I recently left her with an extremely sentimental ring that I had put off getting fixed as I didn’t want to leave with just anyone. Not only did she source the replacement stones she took such good care of it and when I returned to pick the ring up - I burst into tears of joy when I saw the ring returned to its former glory! I couldn’t recommend her highly enough ! She also repaired a broken bracelet link perfectly for me as well ! Thanks again Julie x

I was given some sentimental jewellery by my family, but the necklace and bangle were not wearable due to design faults. Your Jeweller made small alternations to the clasps so that I can now wear both. The work was done promptly and the cost was reasonable, well worth the fix when the alternative is letting your stuff gather dust. Having objects from your loved ones that you can wear and see every day is a wonderful feeling. Many thanks Julie and Your Jeweller!

Julie is hands down the best in Australia. You can't buy service the way that Julie provides it. If you want quality then look no further.Had Julie look at a re-size for me and was going to do it on the same day as I needed it urgently. Unfortunately for me I had to go 8 sizes up, but was still able to do it in time.

Took 5 watches and a ring for resizing at very short notice. Julie listened to everything I wanted and within a few days my items were ready for collection. Julie is not only very professional, but also very friendly, kind and transparent in everything that she does. I've found myself an amazing jeweller.

I looked for a jeweller that can fix my Gold hollow chain and I found this shop online with good reviews, I went there and met Julie, she will explain what’s going to happen to your jewellery and will keep in touch with you. After a couple of days she message me and got my gold chain attached again like brand new.Very lovely lady and good customer service.I am so happy with the result of what they have done to my jewellery.

Julie is a knowledgeable jeweller and did a great job fixing a gold bracelet that has a lot of sentiment value. I have had a negative experience with a jeweller in the past, due to said bracelet being on the inexpensive side and they did not want to bother with it. Julie is the exact opposite of this! She is a very warm person with excellent customer service. I would (and have) recommended her to friends and I would go back. Thanks Julie.

I took two pieces of jewellery in for minor repairs and the work was done almost instantly, Julie looked after me very well.Prior to the repairs Julie took time to explain to me what was needed and show me many options around this, I felt in control the whole time and the experience was very pleasant.Will come back for any jewellery needs I may have in the future!

Julie is fabulous! I wandered randomly past her shop one day, and she fixed my broken necklace on the spot with a smile, and refused to accept any payment. This led me to bring in a beloved watch of mine to have the movement replaced. I was so delighted to have my watch back in record time, sparkly clean (the best it has looked in years!), and working like new. I can’t wait to bring in some old jewellery to have Julie create some pieces for me. Thanks so much x
