A wonderful serviced apartment - conveniently located nearby the train station, trams, supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies.Noise has never been an issue, the beds and couches are comfortable, wifi quality is great.Really well equipped rooms, consistently super clean and well maintained.The rooms are spacious with ample lighting - lots of lamps & light options, all warmly lit. I enjoy (and even look forward to!) my stays here.

Had a great stay for a week. The location was perfect and staff very friendly. The only suggestion would be improving lighting in bathroom but apart from that we will return here whenever in Melbourne.

I checked out from hotel in the morning and went to work close by. Half hour before I head to airport, my phone is running low on battery. As I look into my luggage and found that I must have left the charger in the hotel room. I called back to the hotel. The receptionist told me that no one had hand in anything to lost property, if they found it and let me know.As everyone will know how important it to have battery while you are traveling. One will need to call Uber and family upon arrival, etc. I explain that I am only in Melbourne for work, will be traveling back very soon and I will need the charger. She replied with a sense of hassle:” There is a guest already checked in the room and I would have to knock on the door.” I said I would appreciate if she could help in such situation. She said she will have a look and call me back.Minutes later, she called back and and said sorry, there is nothing in the room. I am puzzled as I have turned my luggage inside out and sure that I do not have my charger. I am sure it was left plugged in on the wall. She quickly defended that they trust their cleaner 100% they will not have taken it. I understand you are trained to answer that way and nor do I believe anyone would want to take a common item. I understand that I could not have blamed anyone for forgetting my belonging in the room. Many other scenarios could have happened since I left the room. However the sense of unwillingness is not a good feeling for any guest.As I am process this information in my head, something must be missing. I called at 3:26pm and spoken to the receptionist for few minutes explain my situation. I check the returned phone call time was at 3:32pm. To walk to lift lobby, take the lift and go up to the room and come back down would have taken more than the few minutes in between. I am not sure if anyone has taken this matter seriously and at least tried to help.I have lost a charger which is inconvenient, but I believe losing business is a bigger lost. Someone in management need to see this and improve your customer / concierge service for future guests.

We are a family of 5 (daughters 17-21yrs) visiting Melbourne from out of state for a holiday.We were after 2 x 2 bedroom apartments that were well appointed and comfortable, with some room to hang out, speedy wifi, comfortable beds, in a good location for shopping and dining and near public transport to get around Melbourne.The District ticked every box!We loved it here and are sorry to be leaving.We’ll be back next time we visit Melbourne though.

Terrible attitude from front of house. When we complained about the quality of the water (see pic). Lift did not work and had to do almost 10 flights of stairs at least twice a day. No acknowledgement or discount on the cost of the apartment was offered. Bad Service. Try somewhere else.Response: The booking was done in my partners name which I won't disclose. And there were definitely issues with the lifts and the water.

First time staying here and was very pleased with my experience. From the fact that when making bookings and checking things like the parking lift, you speak with one of the lovely people who also work on reception, which means it feels a more personable engagement. Rooms are large but would suggest taking the upper floor option for more room and natural light. Great location for all shops, estaurants, and ransport , but tucked away a little so quiet. Being a self-contained suite, the facilities were also good with a gas top range and substantial fridge.

This location is perfect for Chapel Street shopping, South Yarra Train and only one stop to Richmond and MCG. Can’t fault this hotel.

This apartment hotel is really great. The rooms are modern and spacious, with good facilities including a small deck for a bit of fresh air. Super clean and well maintained. Price is great and it's very handy to South Yarra train station for easy public transport to Flinders Street or further south.The reception desk is also super helpful and friendly. I had a parcel delivered and they let me know as soon as it arrived.

So after forgetting my sunglasses here that I left in my room, I rang up and was told they would hold them for me till my next visit. When I went to collect them I was then told they had been disposed of. More like a staff member had taken them.Don’t recommend staying here.
