a young girl i know worked here and was sent a message saying she wasn’t needed to come back anymore. she asked why and was told she did everything right and no reasoning what so ever. it was her first job and this is her experience in the work force. Very dodgey. Food is good here but owners aren’t particularly friendly and they are always hiring new staff so the proof is in the pudding.

Coffee was nice but ordered in takeaway cups and it came in normal cups...Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches..one without bacon...mine came with bacon...she took it back then after 5 minutes brought it back again and said do u want another one made????2 more coffees were brought to the table...we hadn't ordered any more cafeOur table still not cleared or cleaned from the previous diners. This place needs work!!

The Cherry Danish and the Bee-sting are divine. The cherries used taste like the proper sour cherries and the bee-sting has a perfect yeasty bun and great filling (clearly made from scratch, no packet ingredient shortcuts)

Large range of cakes and slices to choose from. Great serving sizes. Beautiful handmade pies and quiches.Love the family size pies and quiches. Also if you buy 2 the third is free so you can choose an apple pie for dessert.Friendly helpful staff. Whenever I am in Mooroolbark it is my go to shop.

Always the loveliest staff who treat you like a regular even if you aren’t. Incredible pastries, pies and desserts baked in house and great coffee!
